The program takes place from 15/05/2025 to 30/06/2025 AEST. One voucher winner is rewarded daily on a random basis.

Each day, the winner is a random customer who submitted an online money transfer transaction between 00:00 am and 11:59 pm that day.

All eligible online money transfer transactions submitted each day are automatically randomised to find one lucky transaction (“original transaction”) to win a $100 voucher. The customer must click “Enter” to be eligible for the transaction. The voucher will be activated as soon as the original transaction is completed. The voucher will be voided if the original transaction is cancelled. The giveaway is held by Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd, trading as Hai Ha Money Transfer (ABN 31130744802).

Customers who send money online and click “Enter” between 15/05/2025 and 30/06/2025 (AEST) are eligible to have a chance to win the voucher. Individuals under 18 are not eligible to join.

The program will take place on our website or mobile app (iOS, Android) after the customers have logged in and submitted an online money transfer transaction. 

The winner will see a pop-up window on their screen with a notification about their win after they click “Enter”.

The daily prize is a $100 voucher for our online money transfer service.

If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.

• The voucher is subject to our general terms and conditions and its specific conditions.
• The voucher can be used only once.
• The voucher applies to online money transfers to all countries (excluding Western Union services).
• The winner’s full name and state will be published on our website.
• Participation is only available before the daily winner is finalised. Customers may then choose whether to proceed with their transaction or wait until the next day when the chance resets.

As a condition of participating in this offer, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this offer shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering). The participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
