New Year Reward (“Lì Xì Như Ý”) will be held by Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd trading as Hai Ha Money Transfer (ABN 31130744802).

The New Year Reward applies to transactions submitted online from 00:00 a.m. Monday 09/02/2026 until 11:59 p.m. Monday 16/02/2026 AEDT.

Customers who use our website or mobile app (iOS, Android) to send money online to Vietnam between 09/02/2026 and 16/02/2026 can receive a lucky red envelope from the New Year Reward campaign. Each customer will receive only one red envelope during the Campaign Period.

After the customer has logged in and submitted an online money transfer transaction, they need to open a red envelope (“li xi”) that appears on their screen to receive the Reward.

There are 15,000 vouchers available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Reward will conclude when all the vouchers have been allocated.

Each voucher will expire after 90 days from the date of issue. It can be redeemed for one future online money transfer transaction only. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Vouchers are subject to our general Terms and Conditions, their specific conditions, and the expiration date given when they are granted. These can be viewed by logging into the customer’s online account.

If for any reason any aspect of this campaign is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond our control, we may in our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign and invalidate any affected transactions, or suspend or modify a reward.

As a condition of participating in this campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this campaign shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction. Furthermore, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
