Once your transaction has been processed, please refer to the following timeframes:

FOR NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE TRANSACTIONS:

• If the receiver’s bank is ICICI:
  
  • Money is delivered within 3 hours (Monday to Saturday).
    
• For other banks:
  
  • Money is delivered the same day between 8 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).

FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE TRANSACTIONS:

•  Delivery takes 2–3 business days for all banks.

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

• Full name
• Address

• Bank name
• Account name
• Account number
• IFSC Code - 11 characters long, consisting of both letters and numbers. It usually starts with 4 letters.

IMPORTANT: 

• We cannot accept payments intended for donations or for receivers such as churches, temples, or trusts.
• Please ensure you provide the actual purpose of the transaction.
• Providing incorrect information may result in processing delays and additional service fees to resend the funds.
