Pick from one of our several lucky red envelopes automatically presented to you after you submit an online money transfer transaction to Vietnam on our website or mobile app (iOS, Android). The giveaway is held by Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd trading as Hai Ha Money Transfer (ABN 31130744802). 

Customers who send money online to Vietnam between 18/01/2025 and 24/01/2025 can join the giveaway game. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the giveaway period.

The “lì xì” giveaway will take place on our website or mobile app after the customers have logged in and submitted a money transfer transaction to Vietnam. The customers need to pick a lucky envelope to receive the reward.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• Vouchers are subject to our general terms and conditions, their specific conditions, and the expiration date given when they are granted. 
• Each voucher can be redeemed for one transaction only. 
• There are 15,000 vouchers available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The giveaway will stop when we use up the vouchers. 

If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.

As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
